Warm Up: Use this time to talk the athletes ask about their day/weekend etc….● Butterfly Stretch
● Pike Stretch
● Straddle Stretch- Make Pizza
● Wrist/Ankle/neck stretch
● Pike Stretch-Standing
● Head/Shoulders/Knees/Toes x3- Stop at bottom and count down 3,2,1 BLAST OFF last one 10-1 BLAST OFF
● 10 Bunny Hops
● 10 Jumping Jacks
● Run in place signing the ABC’s-Make it fun
Stations: Go through stations using an athlete to demo
● Trampoline
● Forward Rolls down wedge
● Climb over 1⁄2 moon
● Turtle shells-balance walk
● Bar hang
● Hop over mats
● Crawl though tunnel
*Half way though class switch FWR to Barrel roll and Climb over to FWO on panel mat
Group Activity:
● Ball Toss-Toss the ball to each other trying to catch with 2 hands.
