Warm Up: Use this time to talk the athletes ask about their day/weekend etc….
• Butterfly Stretch
• Pike Stretch
• Straddle Stretch- Make Pizza
• Wrist/Ankle/neck stretch
• Pike Stretch-Standing
• Head/Shoulders/Knees/Toes x3- Stop at bottom and count down 3,2,1 BLAST OFF last one 10-1 BLAST OFF
• 10 Bunny Hops
• 10 Jumping Jacks
• Run in place signing the ABC’s-Make it fun
Stations: Go through stations using an athlete to demo
• Trampoline
• Forward/Backward Roll down wedge
• Cartwheel Mat
• Bar Hang-Leg lift with cube
• Forward/Backward roll on mat
• Balance Beam- Add red blocks to elevate
• Army crawls though mat tunnel
*Half way though class Mat FWR/BWR to Frog Hops and Army crawls with large Pacman climb over
