Results Statement: This is the self-evaluation form used for the semi-annual evaluations for the full-time staff and managers at Twister Sports.

This form should be provided to the staff members two weeks prior. Three copies should be brought back on the day of the in-person evaluation: One for the staff member, one for Angie and one for Danielle to review. We will go through the staff member’s self evaluation. Any areas we agree with will be noted verbally at that time. Areas we do not agree with will be saved until after so the employee feels that he/she can freely share thoughts without hindrance. Any rebuttal to the points provided will be verbalized at the end. All rebuttals should include facts.
