Results Statement: By following the fundraiser system, parents will feel informed and educated on the rules regarding fundraising at Twister Sports. All parents will have an equal opportunity to participate.

- Advertise a fundraising meeting all competitive parents on any team are eligible to attend. During the week at 6 p.m. is the best time to host this. Ensure you deconflict any other major events within the community. A two-week notice should be provided. Notify parents via email and Facebook team pages. Notify parents to please research some fundraising ideas and bring forth all details for any fundraisers they would like to propose.
- The gym owner/manager shall host the meeting. The meeting agenda shall be as follows:
- Discussion of how fundraising works at Twisters.
- What can the fundraising money be used toward.
- Who is eligible to fundraise.
- How will excess funds be used.
- What involvement the gym will provide (if any).
- What marketing may say (use of the gym’s logo or team names must receive approval).
- All fundraiser information must be provided to the gym so equal opportunity can be provided to all parents.
- Parent idea submissions for fundraisers.
- Go over the fundraising agreement. Notify parents this agreement must be returned by each family prior to any fundraising. The fundraiser agreement is as follows:
Twister Sports Fundraising 2018-2019
For the 2018-2019 season, three fundraisers will be hosted. These are 100% voluntary and not required or suggested in any way. Parents should not rely solely on the money raised to pay fees, and should have a back-up plan in the event that a fundraiser does not provide the expected return.Â
Angie and Danielle will do provide the options for fundraising and provide the dates when the gym will participate. Members of all competitive programs are eligible to participate. Parents may not fundraise outside of the terms listed below, and must have a current agreement on file in order to participate. All parents should have other means by which to pay fees in the event that a fundraiser does not provide the return anticipated.Â
Rules of Engagement:Â
- Only authorized fundraisers through Twister Sports are allowed. Fundraisers, sponsorships and donations solicited outside of the three annual authorized fundraisers will be grounds for release from the program. At no point will Twister Sports or any entities thereof request business donations, sponsorships or solicitations.
- Fundraiser money must be turned in, in full, to Twister Sports. Any money found to be kept for personal gain will be grounds for release.
- In the event that an athlete is injured, quits or is released from the program, the fundraising money is forfeited and may be used at the discretion of Twister Sports.Â

Fundraising Money may be used for:Â
- Regular Tuition
- Uniform Fees
- Additional Bid-Event Competitive Fees
- Coaches FeesÂ
Fundraising Money may not be used for:Â
- Travel Expenses
- Hotel and Lodging
- Personal Expenses Related to Twisters
- Any Other Personal Expenses
