Premier Academy Cheerleading & Tumbling Position Agreement- Front Desk MemberÂ
This is a position agreement by and between the Front Desk Member and the Owner of Premier Cheer Inc O/A Premier Academy., and is intended to franchise prototype the relationship between these two positions.Â
Results Statement: This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service for our current and prospective members. Keeping up to date database information and outstanding balances to a minimum. Making sure the front lobby is a welcoming place for all members.Â
Benchmarks – In order for this position to exist, the following benchmarks must be hit:Â
- At the conclusion of each shift the Front Desk Closeout Form form is completed.
- Remember PEOPLE are OUR business and our goal is to make their experience as frictionless as possible. Keep this in mind in all decision making and interactions with clients.
- Greet all clients enthusiastically and by name whenever possible.
- Manage client accounts (registration, payments, etc.)
- Manage the Jackrabbit database by updating classes, events, lessons, etc.
- Works as an integral part of the Premier Academy team in order to achieve a high customer service rating.
- Oversee the other front desk team members.
- Perform tasks as assigned by Leadership.
- Strives to be a lifelong learner and continues to grow personally and / or professionally through continued education, reading, attending seminars and interaction with other team members.
- Monthly PA KPI system reports show continuous improvement in the following areas:

- Return all emails within 1 business day.
- Return all phone messages by end of business day.
- Answer all phone calls within 3 rings
- Keep monthly A/R to below $500.
- Complete all items on the daily task list in Wunderlist.
- Systems are being documented as deemed necessary.Â
