Twister Sports Office Manager Position Agreement

This is a position agreement by and between the Office Manager and the Owner of Twister Sports, and is intended to franchise prototype the relationship between these two positions.  

Results Statement: This position is responsible for managing the office and staff on a day-to-day basis. It is the responsibility of the office manager to oversee and train all front desk personnel as well as conduct on-boarding and orientation for all new staff members. It is your responsibility to ensure administrative tasks are as organized and systemized as possible to provide every client the best and most efficient services. 

Entrepreneurial Work: 

  1. Observe and Document ideas and that will continue to improve the client and staff experience at Twisters. 2. Observe and Document ideas that will help to improve the services we provide throughout the gym to include the batting cages and the escape room. 3. Observe and Document ideas that will help the leadership and team building aspect throughout the gym. 4. Develop strategies to streamline systems already created and improve efficiencies in all aspects of the gym. 

Managerial Work: 

  1. Serve as the communications director for the gym, coordinating and delivering welcome packets and emails to new members. 
  2. Manage all client accounts within the gym and maintain an up-to-date database. 
  3. Manage all class rosters and review attendance to identify and resolve any discrepancies. 
  4. Contact all clients whose payments have not gone through and ensure all competitive coaches are notified if clients are late on a payment. All clients who do not pay by the deadline must be dropped from classes. The office manager will notify the program directors and the coaches. 
  5. Serve as the special programs director overseeing all private lessons, batting cages rentals, summer Academy program, clinics, day camps, summer camps, collaboration day events, open gyms, community performances, birthday parties, skills evaluation sessions and Escape the Burg. The office manager has the authority to delegate any and all tasks capable of the front desk associates but ultimately is responsible for the quality and completion of tasks listed in the Special Programs section. 
  6. Serve as the primary point of contact for all competition-family communications as well as the final authority on day-to-day communications through Drift, Email, Facebook, Instagram, Email and Phone. 
  7. Work directly with the Human Resources Director to plan and organize morale and welfare events for the staff. 8. Responsible for retail display, item-of-the-month program, GK wholesale program and online sales management. 

The office manager’s duties are inclusive, but not limited to the tasks above. As the primary management official, the office manager will focus on the overall organization, cleanliness and functionality of the gym on a daily basis.
