This is a position agreement by and between the Cleaner and the Owner of Cheer Intensity LLC and is intended to franchise prototype the relationship between these two positions.Â
Results Statement: This position is responsible for working on an regular (agreed upon) schedule in the facility. It is your responsibility to ensure that customers at CI are experiencing an environment that is clean, safe, and sanitary.
Entrepreneurial Work:Â
- Observe and Document ideas and that will continue to improve the client experience for our familiesÂ
- Observe and Document any hurdles you come across when trying to execute your duties.Â
Technical Work:Â
- Gym Clean-up

- Find the binder (usually in Jess and Adam’s office) and review assigned duties for the day.
- Complete tasks assigned to you for that day.Â
- If you are done more than 10 minutes early, please choose another task to finish.
- Make sure to bring trash all the way to the dumpster (do not leave out back) if this is one of the responsibilities.Â
- If you are unsure how to complete one of the responsibilities, please ask Adam.
- Sign off on all responsibilities in the binder.Â
- Make a copy of the sign off sheet if we are running low on those.Â
- If your hours changed, alter on setmore. If you do not have access to setmore, ask a front desk admin to change it.
- Reporting to the Owners/Directors

- Take mental inventory of supplies as you are cleaning. If we are running low on anything, put it in the Wunderlist for Gym Grocery List.Â
- Communicate with Adam or Jess if the tasks you are being assigned are consistently taking longer than the allotted time, or if you are finishing with more than 10 minutes to spare.Â
- Communicate with Adam and Jess if it is apparent that fellow cleaners may not be executing their responsibilities.Â
- If there is a day you cannot work, let Adam and Jess know 2 weeks prior and find a replacement for your shift. Also, take the time off of setmore.Â
Monthly Benchmarks In order for this position to exist, the following monthly benchmarks must be hit.Â
- Cleaning Log signed off weekly.
- No more than 2 times missed without the proper notifications and replacements.Â
General Standards for all employees:Â
- The primary concern is for the client’s (student & parents) needs to be met in a manner that is consistent with company mission and core values.Â
- All employees must follow policies, procedures, and conduct outlined in the employee handbook. Signing this Agreement validates that you have read and understand the Handbook in its entirety and will make every effort to follow it’s guidelines.Â
