How to check the voicemail:

Using the cordless phone, do the following.

  1. Hit “menu/select”
  2. Hit that same button again to play the messages

If the phone still says there is a new voicemail on it:

  1. Type in *99
  2. Type in our password which is 1984
  3. Select 1 to listen to the messages

How to log voicemails:

  • All voicemails will be logged as card in Trello in the voicemail column. Voicemails more than 30 days old may be archived.
  • Do not erase the voicemail until you have called them back and know that the information you wrote down is correct. 
  • Call back the caller, and answer their question. Notate that this was completed on the Trello board.
  • If you cannot answer the question, or the message was directed to someone in particular, make sure to notify them using the tag feature in the Trello board.
