Results statement: By completing this system, families will feel that we have a smooth and penalty-free disenrollment system that encourages their return to the program.

  1. Always suggest that the athlete try another class before dropping from Twisters.
  • If the parent feels that the child isn’t progressing, pull their assessment and a coach, and have the coach discuss why they aren’t progressing and what they can do to change it.
  • If there is a scheduling conflict, attempt to find a class that is a better fit for the family.
  • If there is a financial conflict, offer a fundamentals class (this class is $20 less per month)
  • If the athlete is leaving for another sport, notate that in Jackrabbit upon disenrollment and place them on a follow up email list for the next season.
  • Attempt to find out the reason with professionalism and genuine curiosity.

      2. To drop a student, go to the family’s profile in Jackrabbit by entering their last name in the family search.

  • Select the student to disenroll.
  • Across from their class, select “Drop” and the final date they will be enrolled.
  • Select a reason based on the options above.
