Heat Press Instructions 

 

  1. Read the customer order form carefully for proper placement and correct logo

 

  1. Review clothing to ensure it is at least 75% Polyester and brand new

 

  1. Turn on the heat press to warm up 

 

4.. Line up the clothing garment on the heat press making sure that it is lined up evenly (Be aware of bunchiness from hoods or strings that may be in the way. Plastic zippers could melt.)

 

  1. Locate the correct logo.

 

6.. Identify placement on the garment.

 

7.. Peel of the backing of the logo and carefully place the logo on the garment in the correct location 

 

8.. Cover the garment and logo with the thermo backing (brown sheet) 

 

  1. Close the lid on the heat press and keep it closed until the timer goes off and then open it.

 

  1. Let garment sit for 2 mins 

 

  1. Check to be sure all areas of the logo properly adhered to the garment 

 

  1. If it all areas are not adhered to the garment, repeat the pressing.

 

  1. Once the logo is adhered to the garment, remove the plastic covering. Some vinyl logos may have additional plastic stuck to the lettering of the logo causing it to appear discolored…that can be removed too.Â
