Beginner Tumble 12 week timeline

 

Month 1-   

  • Week 1 – Teach Forwards Rolls 
  • Week 2 – Teach Handstands 
  • Week 3 – Review Forward and Handstand  
  • Week 4 – Test out on Forward Roll and Handstand

Month 2

  • Week 1 –  Teach Backward Rolls 
  • Week 2 – Teach Bridge Ups 
  • Week 3- Review Backward Rolls and Bridge Ups 
  • Week 4 Test on Backward Rolls and Bridge Ups   

 

Month 3

  • Week 1-  review Forward Rolls and Handstands   
  • Week 2  Review Backward Rolls and Bridge up   
  • Week 3 Blast thru Forward Rolls, Handstands, Backward Rolls, Bridge ups.    
  • Week 4 TEST on Forward Rolls, Handstands, Backward Rolls , Bridge ups.
