- Climb ½ way up the Rope from sitting with no feet
- Run all the way up the Warp Wall
- 1 rung on Salmon ladder
- Quad Step to Vault over Red Vault box (Kong Vault style) without feet
- Ring Swing to Cliffhanger and complete Yellow Bar
- 90 second plank hold
- 45 second chin hold
- 15 second half chin hold with 3 second extend on each arm
- 60 second hang
- Pull up on Bar
- Two Handed Leche on Monkey bars
