  • Climb ½ way up the Rope from sitting with no feet
  • Run all the way up the Warp Wall
  • 1 rung on Salmon ladder
  • Quad Step to Vault over Red Vault box (Kong Vault style) without feet
  • Ring Swing to Cliffhanger and complete Yellow Bar
  • 90 second plank hold
  • 45 second chin hold
  • 15 second half chin hold with 3 second extend on each arm
  • 60 second hang
  • Pull up on Bar
  • Two Handed Leche on Monkey bars
