Results Statement: By completing an off-boarding checklist of some kind, you are ensuring you’ve protected yourself and the former employee while tying up any loose ends.

These tasks are to be completed by the Human Resource Manager or Owner after an employees exit interview during the termination process.

❏ Complete Exit Interview.
❏ Remove staff from staff fb group.
❏ Remove staff from all other (Your Gym Name) FB groups
❏ Communicate to staff the following via the staff FB page:

________insert employees name____ is no longer employed by (Your Gym Name). Please respect his/her privacy during this transition. Reach out to me directly if you have questions.

❏ Return employees key or change lock box code and communicate that change to staff.
❏ Remove Employee from Jackrabbit
❏ Remove Employee from Home Base
❏ Run Employee’s final paycheck
❏ Dismiss employee from Gusto
