Scheduling Posts 

  1. The best times to post to our pages are 8 a.m., 1 p.m. and 9 p.m. If multiple posts are made in one day, save the most engaging posts for morning and evening.
  2. External posts should be scheduled through Facebook. Internal may be scheduled through the group itself. Instagram may be scheduled and manually posted or done through Later.
  3. The schedule above reflects the minimum requirements. Ideally, we would post 2-3 times per day on the external page and daily to Instragram stories.

 

Guidelines for all Social Media Posts

  1. All posts should include a picture that relates to the post. 
  2. NEVER post crotch shots. Athletes in body positions make bad photos. 
  3. Make sure text on photos is clean and easy to read. Proofread all captions and text.
  4. Posts should always be a good representation of Twisters.
  5. Ensure all photos and video are in focus.
