3)  Focus on building relationship that create client retention.

What this will do:

  1. Increase client loyalty.
  2. Increase the overall level of “competition” in the gym.
  3. Build competitive programs.
  4. Increase positive reviews and reputation in the community.
  5. Increase the profitability at Twisters, enabling us to pay staff better, purchase more equipment and improve overall staff retention.

What we need to do to make this successful?

  1. We need to know the students’ names!
    1. Add the child’s photo to their profile
    2. Google slides quiz to the coaches with prizes
  2. On-boarding sheet to fill out: 3 things I love, 3 things I hate
  3. Add the child’s photo to their profile
  4. INVITE specific students to private lessons, clinics, open gyms or performance opportunities. (Can we focus on specific classes that will perform?)
  5. Conversations. Coaches need to focus on the quality of the time they have with these students and making it the best they possibly can.
  6. Build morale by seeing them outside the gym and doing special things for them.
