3) Focus on building relationship that create client retention.
What this will do:
- Increase client loyalty.
- Increase the overall level of “competition” in the gym.
- Build competitive programs.
- Increase positive reviews and reputation in the community.
- Increase the profitability at Twisters, enabling us to pay staff better, purchase more equipment and improve overall staff retention.
What we need to do to make this successful?
- We need to know the students’ names!
- Add the child’s photo to their profile
- Google slides quiz to the coaches with prizes
- On-boarding sheet to fill out: 3 things I love, 3 things I hate
- Add the child’s photo to their profile
- INVITE specific students to private lessons, clinics, open gyms or performance opportunities. (Can we focus on specific classes that will perform?)
- Conversations. Coaches need to focus on the quality of the time they have with these students and making it the best they possibly can.
- Build morale by seeing them outside the gym and doing special things for them.
