3rd Quarter 2018 Strategic Goals
We want to increase client retention this quarter. History tells us our decline in retention happens in November. We are trying to decrease this typical decline. We will do so the following ways:

Complete electronic transfer of progression sheets.
What this will do:
- Improve communication with the parents and put the power in their hands.
- There are clinics and private lessons available, but parents don’t always know what they should be doing it.
- Give the director more direct access to oversight among the coaches.
- Improve class attendance by bringing attention to the monthly evaluations.
- This leads to better class retention.
- This leads to increased coach-athlete-parent relationship-building.
- Coaches increase their effort and performance during classes as a result of parents’ and director oversight.
What we need to do to make this successful:
- Test the process and make corrections.
- Train the staff how to use this effectively.
- Provide access to the parents in an easy-to-understand and use way.
- Educate the parents on how to use this program.
- Increase the feedback from the coaches through the “Notes” option.
