Results Statement: By using this system, award recipients will be selected fairly based on criteria that positively impact our program and align with our core values.
Twisters annual awards are presented at the staff party each January. Beginning Dec. 1 each year, the criteria will be posted for staff and managers will begin discussing at weekly owners’ meetings.
Staff MVP:Â This award is voted on by the remainder of the staff. Staff may submit their vote directly by notifying Angie of their nomination. The staff member with the most nominations/votes by Dec. 31 will be selected.

Rockstar of the Year: This award is voted on by owners according the the criteria listed below. A winner will be selected by Dec. 31 each year.

- Shows a genuine display of joy while working with gym families
- Takes initiative in their growth and educationÂ
- Dependable and reliable
The winners of each award will be submitted to Central Logos by Jan. 5. The plaque design will remain the same each year, and Angie will proof the plaques when available. These plaques will be brought to the staff party. Danielle will read the criteria for each of the awards, and Angie will say why the person was selected based on this criteria as well as announce the winner. A picture of the winner with Angie and Danielle will be posted to social media that night. The winner is free to take their plaques. Their names will be submitted to the gym plaque and a small tag will be added the following business day.
