Results Statement: By completing this system, Twisters will maintain a safe parking lot, drivable by small cars, so we can continue to have classes and/or child care.

When to call: When the parking lot has 3 inches or more of snow or severe ice. When the weather calls for more than 3 inches of snow, text Justin to plan ahead. 

Please arrive to the gym at least one hour before the first scheduled class or activity. Upon arrival, assess the situation to see if snow removal or ice removal will be necessary. If so, follow the phone log below:

1. Call and text Justin.
2. If Justin doesn’t answer, call and text Danielle.
3. If Danielle doesn’t answer, call and text Melanie.

Notify the person in charge that snow and/or ice removal will be needed and the time of the first scheduled class or activity. While waiting for the plow, begin salting the walkway and ensure temperatures in the gym are set accordingly.
