Class Plan:
- Welcome- 2 Minutes

- Remind the to stay muted so everyone can hear

- Today we will need:
- Something elevated preferably waist level or higher, bed, couch, mat, anything your parents won’t kill you for using
- Warm Up- Coach should demo each activity so they know what to do
- 30 Jumping Jacks
- 20 Squat jumps
- 15 Second Arm Circles Forward/Backwards
- 30 Second Mountain Climbers
- Stretch-
- Straddle
- Reach Left
- Reach Right
- Reach Middle
- Lunge
- Straight Leg
- Splits
- Switch
- Ankles
- Wrists
- Bridges
- Holds and Rocks

- Shaping X 3 Sets
- CandleStick half turn to back keeping 1 arm by ears 5 times
- Open shape with feet on wall alternating twists 45 seconds
- BHS Freeze in Handstand on Wall Squeeze tummy, head in line arms by ears
- Blocking Drills-
- Hollow body holds hands on walls shrug and block lift through the shoulders 20 times
- Now add a full turn to the set keeping arms by ears twisting with hips and core 15 times
- Try to make 1 ½ or double 10 times
- 25 Handstand Shoulder Shrugs
- Arabian/Standing Full Drills 10 times each
- Standing jump half turn to handstand on the elevated surface making sure to lift arms up before turning. drive hips over head
- Cartwheel rebound half turn punch forward roll on elevated
