- BHS Freeze in Handstand on Wall Squeeze tummy, head in line arms by earsÂ
- BHS full on a mat if you have one or a tramp etc.Â
- Blocking Drills- 10 Times each two setsÂ
- Using A wall and a mattress or something like this, Jump push off toes and onto back
- Â Add a Layout to plank roll to thisÂ
- Handstand Snap Down and Up onto mat or mattress
- Focusing on open to closed shouldersÂ
- Full Drills- 10 X Each Two sets
- BHS to Tummy on MattressÂ
- BHS Half Turn to back focus on keeping one arm up and one drops at halfÂ
- BHS FullÂ
- Blocking Wall arms behind ears fast open shoulders into a High V
- Arabian/Standing Full DrillsÂ
- Rebound Half Twist Forward RollÂ
- Cartwheel or round off add rebound half twist forward rollÂ
- Should be twisting in the same direction as you fullÂ
