Group Workouts

    • 2x Wheelbarrow carries (Have athletes partner up with someone “around” their height)
      • Partners switch after 1 panel length then repeat.

 

  • Power Hurdle Jumps over laying down partner

 

      • While one of the partners is laying down have the other partner power hurdle jump over the laying down partner. Then the partners switch positions and the person laying down does the jumping.
      • Their goal is to go down a panel and back twice

 

  • Bunny Hops back and forth over panel lines

 

      • Make two groups and have them lineup at the beginning of a panel line.
      • The first person in line will go with their arms by their ear they will bunny hop back and forth over the panel line while traveling forward until they get to the end of a panel.
      • Once they made it to the end of a panel they will sprint back and tag the next person in line then they will go. (Go through the line twice)

 

  • Partner leg throws (Have them partner back up)

 

      • One partner lays on the ground while the other partners stands over them by their head. The partner on the ground grabs the standing partners ankles and will raise their legs straight up until their legs reach their partner then the standing partner will push the legs away from them. They will repeat this process 20 times then switch. 
      • The partner doing the ab workout needs to keep their legs off the ground the WHOLE time.

 

  • Partner Piggyback Rides  (Partner up by size)

 

    • Have athletes give each other piggyback rides down and back on a panel then they switch and repeat the process. (Do this process twice)

Tumbling Stations (Partner athletes into groups of 2)

 

  • Handstand to hollow body holds

 

      • Athletes will kick up into a handstand against the wall with a handstand bar.
      • They need to hold the handstand for 10 seconds then they will come out of the handstand with 2 feet maintaining hollow body until their feet reach the ground where they will do a hollow body hold for 10 seconds while still holding onto the handstand bar.

 

  • Back Extensions

 

      • While one athlete is lying over the octagon the other athlete holds their partners legs so they can extend their body without falling.
      • The partner laying on the octagon then will do 10 back extensions and switch

 

  • Hollow Body roll to superman

 

      • Line up 4 panel mats in a line, then have the athlete lay perpendicular on the mat in a hollow body position.
      • The goal is to roll from hollow body to the superman position traveling down the mat till they make it to the end.
      • They need to hold each position for 2 seconds before rolling.
      • They need to make it to the end of the mat without their hands or feet touching the ground or they have to start over.

 

  • Back arabians going down the wedge

 

    • Have athletes lay down and bridge up on the wedge performing a back arabian.
    • Instead of landing standing up when they complete the skill they need to land in hollow body position on their hands and feet.
