Subject Line: One Thing I Forgot To Tell You About Your Tour

Hi %FIRSTNAME%,

A few days ago, we sent you a link to book your tour of the gym. I hope you’re able to make it! Our facility is really outstanding and we’d love to show you around. You know…one thing I forgot to mention. When you come here to Twisters, there’s one thing that usually stands out to new members.

Many of our athletes are actually leaders themselves within the gym! Yes, I know that might be unique. But what’s the old saying, “One day the student will become the teacher”? It’s true. We have some incredible athletes who began taking classes many years ago as young children. Throughout the years, their self-confidence has gone through the roof and they have taken on leadership roles themselves.

We really pride ourself on having a qualified staff that can safely teach your child whatever skill he or she would like to learn – while demonstrating qualities and characteristics any parent would like to see in their own child. Our junior staff are mentors to the younger athletes. They have spent years training in not only the skill, but in character education to ensure your child gets only the best coaching!

Much of our staff is comprised of college students with a background in tumbling, cheerleading, gymnastics and even military drill – and many of them are majoring in areas that make them a valuable part of our staff, such as elementary education, family science, exercise science and corporate fitness.

Again, we’d really love to invite you to our gym for a tour of the facility. I’d be honored to introduce you to any of our coaches who I’m certain will impress you with their knowledge, character development skills and absolute professionalism.

If you haven’t already clicked the link below to schedule your tour, I’d love to invite you to do so. I look forward to meeting you and your family!

Sincerely,

Danielle Johnston & Angie Fritsch

P.S. During your tour, we’d be happy to set up a one-on-one assessment with your child!
