5:15-5:25 p.m.: Warm up (Start with tap shoes on and play ‘Let It Go’)
- Stomp in place for 30 seconds
- Big arm circles
- Look up, look down, look to your parents, look to the mirror, roll head
- Sit on bottom in a straddle and reach to right foot and hold
- Switch to left foot and hold
- Reach to middle and hold
- Legs in a pike, reach and hold
- Shake toes left and right
- Circle feet
- Sit in butterfly, learn forward nose to toes, and hold
5:25-5:33 p.m.: Tap
- Review skills
- Flaps
- Running flaps
5:33-5:40 p.m.: Continue learning tap recital routine
5:40-5:43 p.m.: Change shoes, get a drink, back in spots, etc.
5:43-5:49 p.m.: BalletÂ
- Review the 5 positions
- Review skills
- Degagés to the front, side and back
5:49-5:57 p.m.: Continue learning ballet recital routine
5:57-6:00 p.m.: Play Hokey Pokey
