We are pleased to advise that upon careful consideration, ___________ would like to extend an offer of employment to you for the position of Cheerleading & Tumbling Coach in _________ commencing July 1, 2019. This is a part-time position and your starting rate of pay will be $___ per hour with a 3 month probationary period. Â
To ensure a high level of integrity is maintained, preconditions for employment include the following on or before June 11, 2019:Â
- A copy of your employment contract, signed and returned (will be sent upon acceptance of this offer)
The following will need to be completed or proof of completion provided by the following deadlines to maintain employment. Â
- Applicable ICU Certification or NCCP – September 1, 2019
- Respect in Sport Certification – September 1, 2019
- First Aid & CPR certifications – September 1, 2019
- A copy of your criminal records check from the Police station – September 1, 2019
Once minimum employment requirements are met, your wage will increase to $___/hour with additional increases as described in the Career Path, which will be provided once training begins. Â
