This agreement is sent along with the confirmation for each birthday party. When someone books on the phone, they are agreeing to these terms. We immediately send this following their booking (and deposit) to confirm they comply with the rules. They have 24 hours to receive a refund if they are not in agreement with any of the rules below.

EVENT RENTAL AGREEMENT

1. I understand all participants must have a valid participation waiver on file in order to participate. Anyone who’s parent or guardian is not available to sign it upon arrival, may do so by CLICKING HERE. It is ultimately my responsibility as the party host to ensure all participants have a valid waiver completed prior to entering the floor.
2. I am responsible for ensuring no equipment is damaged during my event.
3. I am responsible for ensuring children and teenagers are obedient to Twister employees to ensure the safety of everyone and all equipment. If anyone does not follow the rules, they will be asked to leave, and no refund will be given. If parties are deemed unmanageable by Twister staff, they may be ended at any time by the staff.
4. Twisters will not be held responsible for lost items or personal property during the party.
5. I have authorized the charge of the $50 deposit and understand that my deposit is nonrefundable. The remainder of my fee will be due 24 hours prior to the start of the party. I understand that if the final count given for the number of children attending is more than 20 (for the basic party package), I will be charged $7 for each additional participant for which the staff accounts. Participants will be considered as anyone who is on the floor. In the event that the birthday child is sick the day of the party or inclement weather were to occur, the party is eligible for reschedule within 45 days of the original date. After 45 days, the deposit is forfeited. Twister staff must have notification of illness 4 hours prior to the start time of the party. Notification may be given by replying to this email or calling Twisters at 660-238-0577.
7. Any other cancellations are required 72 hours prior to the event. Events that do not give 72 hours notice of cancellation will be responsible for the remainder of the fee.
8. Any party that does not end after the allotted time will receive a 5-minute grace period. After 5 minutes, a $35 fee will be charged to the card on file. Participants will be notified of this at the time of the event.
9. The final payment of all parties is due 24 business hours prior to the event. Failure to make payment may result in the cancellation of the party and forfeiture of deposit. Please reply to this email with any questions regarding this agreement.
