Position Agreement- Program Director
This is a position agreement by and between the Program Director and the Owner of Cheer Intensity LLC and is intended to franchise prototype the relationship between these two positions.
Results Statement: This position is responsible for working on an irregular (agreed upon) schedule with a set range duties and a maximum amount of hours. It is your responsibility to ensure that Cheer Intensity/Intensity Athletics integrity is upheld. That all people and services involved in the Program you are running line up with the core values, mission, and branding.
Entrepreneurial Work:
- Observe and Document ideas and that will continue to improve the client experience for our families
- Observe and Document ideas that will help to improve the efficiency of your work.
- Observe and Document ideas that will help the leadership and team building aspect throughout the gym.
Technical Work:
- Create Systems

- Brainstorm which Systems that we do not currently have will help to make the program more effective, efficient, and profitable.
- Using the system “how to create a system,” create replicable systems that your team can use to accomplish tasks related to the program.
- Plan 2 months in advance for any and all events, classes, etc. Phases include- IDEA, PLAN, DELEGATE, EXECUTE!
- All tasks related to the Program are ultimately the responsibility of the program director, so if tasks are delegated, they need to be followed up on.
- Reporting to the Owners/Directors
- If an athlete, parent, or staff member is not following CI culture and core values, you are responsible for speaking with that person to stop the negative behavior and then notify the owners and/or directors about the situation.
- Change any hours worked in the timekeeping system. This includes additional time, or if time spent was less than anticipated.
- Communicate with Gym Owners if you are having difficulty with an aspect of the job, or if you need additional equipment, etc to better execute your responsibilities. If a budget is needed, discuss with owners and get the budget approved.
Monthly Benchmarks In order for this position to exist, the following monthly benchmarks must be hit.
- Set a monthly goal at the start of the month. At the end of the month, touch basis with owners to see if you reached that goal.
- If a new program is not profitable after 3 months, it needs to be re-evaluated. After 6 months, it will be cut and the position as program director will not be needed.
General Standards for all employees:
- The primary concern is for the client’s (student & parents) needs to be met in a manner that is consistent with company mission and core values.
- All employees must follow policies, procedures, and conduct outlined in the employee handbook. Signing this Agreement validates that you have read and understand the Handbook in its entirety and will make every effort to follow it’s guidelines.

I understand that failure to meet the above standards can lead to corrective action and/or termination of my position.
