Bathroom Cleaning System

Results Statement: The purpose of this system is to layout in detail the procedures for cleaning the bathroom at our facility and leave it in OPTIMAL CONDITION every single day regardless of who executes the system. The position responsible for executing this system is the coaching and front desk staff.

  1. Walk into the bathroom
  2. Turn on the lights
  3. Spray the outside of the toilet using bathroom cleaner, located under the bathroom sink.
  4. Squirt toilet bowl cleaner under the rim of the entire bowl and let it work for 1 minute.
  5. Using 2 paper towels, wipe off the outside of the toilet and make sure that every single part looks and is clean.
  6. Using the toilet brush, scrub the inside of the toilet and ensure that no residue is left
  7. Flush toilet
  8. Close toilet lid
  9. Spray the sink with bathroom cleaner so that the entire inside and outside of the sink, including the faucet is covered in cleanser
  10. Using new paper towels, wipe the sink down and ensure that there is no dirt or residue in or on the sink.
  11. Using glass cleaner, spray the mirror down so the glass is covered with cleaner.
  12. Using paper towels, in a clockwise circular motion, wipe all mirrors down ensuring that there are no fingerprints, residue or streaks on the mirror.
  13. Refill the toilet paper rolls and paper towels. Additional paper supplies are located upstairs in storage
  14. Sweep the floor.
  15. Install a new cleaning pad to the bottom of the Swiffer.
  16. Using the Swiffer, clean the entire bathroom floor
  17. Turn off lights

Kitchenette Cleaning System

Results Statement: The purpose of this system is to layout in detail the procedures for cleaning the kitchenette area at our facility and leave it in OPTIMAL CONDITION every single day regardless of who executes the system. The position responsible for executing this system is the coaching and front desk staff. 

  1. Walk into the kitchenette
  2. Spray the sink with multipurpose cleaner that is located under the sink so that the entire inside and outside of the sink, including the faucet is covered in cleanser
  3. Using paper towels, wipe the sink down and ensure that there is no dirt or residue in or on the sink.
  4. Using glass cleaner, spray the mirror down so the glass is covered with cleaner.
  5. Using paper towels, in a clockwise circular motion, wipe all mirrors down ensuring that there are no fingerprints, residue or streaks on the mirror.
  6. Refill the paper towels. Additional paper supplies are located upstairs in storage
  7. Check the refrigerator for old food, when in doubt discard.
  8. Sweep the floor.
  9. Install a new cleaning pad to the bottom of the Swiffer.
  10. Using the Swiffer, clean the entire bathroom floor.
  11. Turn off lights.
