Dear <Staff Member>,
Your first year of full-time employment with Twisters has probably been one you’ll remember for many years. These unprecedented times have pushed each of us as individuals and as a business in many ways. While your position agreement never officially said, “Summer Day Camp Director,” you certainly took on that role with dedication and commitment. For that, we are extremely grateful.
It is because of the Twisters Summer Day Camp, specialty camps and Kids Camp Before and After-School programs that we have been able to bounce back as a small business. You have played, and continue to play, a key role in each of those programs.
Throughout the stay-at-home order, your commitment to Twister families and fellow staff remained evident. Not only are you an integral part of the Twister village, but you are a key player in its development.
As a result, we believe that a well-deserved pay increase is in order. Please note that your increase in pay will take effect September 1, 2020 and will be reflected on your October 1, 2020 paycheck. Your new salary will be <Insert Amount Here>.
Thank you for your hard work this summer and your dedication to the upcoming tasks at hand.
Sincerely,
<Your Name>
