Results Statement: Offering incentives for members to maintain their current status in your gym may potentially deter families from dis-enrolling during a temporary shutdown. The following incentives were provided to Twister members during the second month of the April-May 2020 shut down.

Those who maintain their membership through the closure will receive the following:
- Access to all live virtual programming provided by Twisters via Zoom
- Make up classes for every in-person class missed (must be completed during a current enrollment period)
- A $50 gift card for any party booked at Twisters within the next 18 months
- A free Daytime Playtime punch pass ($39 value)
- 50% off any 2020 Specialty Summer Camp ($34.50 value)
Note: The total closure period was approximately 5 weeks. Additional ideas include:Â
- One of one virtual private lesson per month
- 50% off private lesson punch pass
- Free open gym for 6-12 months
- Discounts off apparel and merchandise
