Class Plan:

 

  • Welcome- 2 Minutes
  • Warm Up- Coach should demo each activity so they know what to do
  • 30 second of Jumping Jacks
  • 30 seconds of side side lunges
  • 30 seconds of Tap Tap Squats
  • 30 seconds of High Knees
  • 30 seconds of butt kickers
  • Stretch-
  • Straddle
  • Reach Left
  • Reach Right
  • Reach Middle
  • Lunge
  • Straight Leg
  • Splits
  • Switch
  • Ankles

  • Line Drills-
  • Forward tip toe walks
  • Backward hollow body jumps
  • Forward roll tuck jumps
  • Handstands
  • Handstand pops
  • Cartwheels
  • Cartwheels from knee
  • Cartoffs
  • Round off from lunge
  • Candlestick rolls x5
  • Candlestick rolls to low plank x5
  • Bridge walks
  • Back walkovers
  • Drills-
  • Sit and jump x10
  • Sit and jump to back x10
  • Pike to hollow open x10
  • Pike open, shoulders on couch x10
  • Handstand alligator or bhs alligator x10
  • Handstand snapdown x10
  • Handstand snapdown rebound on mat x10 or add bhs
  • Handstand feet on wall, snap to alligator
  • Sit in pike on elevated surface, hips up to handstand, fall to hollow x10
  • BHS to candlestick or candlestick to plank
  • Standing roundoffs x10
  • Standing roundoff add bhs or candlestick x10
  • Bwo snap down off elevated or bwo bhs
  • Conditioning –
  • Plank pops in push up x20
  • Handstand wall walks
  • Lunges x20
  • V ups x20
  • Plank holds x2 for 30 seconds
