Results Statement: By completing this system, any staff member with access to your WordPress site can add items to your proshop using WooCoomerce.

  1. Log into the website.
  2. On the left side of the dashboard, click Products.
  3. Click Add new.
  4. Title your product.
  5. Provide a brief description. Try to include brand and material. 
  6. Select category on the right if an option fits appropriately. 

  1. Under Product Data, select Variable Product.
  2. Click Attributes
  3. Under Custom Product Attribute, click Add.
  4. Checkmark the box that says, “Used for Variations.” 
  5. Under Name, type “Size”. 
  6. Under Value, enter the sizes you have available. Each size should be divided by a vertical separator “|” (above the Enter button on your keyboard when using Shift key.” A single space should be placed before and after the separator.
  7. Click Save Attributes(For items that vary in both size and color or long sleeve/short sleeve, add two separate product attributes with the options. All steps beyond this will remain the same. Note: You will be able to do separate pricing for each individual variation.)

  1. When you hover over Size now, it will allow you to expand the box if you need to edit the sizes you entered. If not, move to step #15. 
  2. Click Variations.
  3. On the dropdown, select: Create variations from all attributes. Click Go.
  4. A popup will appear asking if you’re sure you want to do this. Select OK. 
  5. Expand each variation. 
  6. Enter the price and stock status.
  7. Click Save Changes.
  8. On the right, under Product Image, click Select Product Image.
  9. Select the image from the library or click Upload Files
  10. Upload the smallest possible file size (preferably a JPEG.)
  11. Click Set Product Image.
  12. Under Publish, hit Publish. 
  13. Go to the front end of the website, and the product should be in your pro shop.
