5:30pm- Bring Back Drop into the lobby

5:45pm- Check In-

● Make sure dads complete a waiver

● Take a daddy daughter photo in front of the back drop in the lobby, post to Instagram and FB story.

● If a couple comes that is not on the list just add them to the list 6:00pm- Take A photo of the group Post to Insta and FB Story 6:05pm- Warm Up and Stretch – Focus on making it FUN!!

● Two laps with their dads! Girls do not leave your dad behind!

● Partner Warm Up

  • Wheel Barrel (dad hold kids legs)
  • Knee Lunges (while dad carries daughter)
  • Partner Stretches (athlete helps dad stretch)

6:25pm- First Stunt Session- DOUBLE BASED PREPS

● Start by talking about safety and how we need to protect our flyers

● Talk about the acro avenue and how it is now offering scholarships for our athletes as they go onto college.

● NO CRADLES- RETAKE ONLY

● Do everything to counts, teach the dads counts

● If they can, let individual groups progress to double based extensions, have the extra girl be the front or back spot to help

6:40pm- Water 6:45pm- Stunt Session 2 (Back Stunting with Dads, Dads on their backs)

● Go back to their partners.

● Explain stunting grip to dads.

● Take turns spotting doing ground flying on dads while laying on their backs. Do two feet stunts, libs and body positions.

7:00pm – Getting to hands – DEMO all options

○ Option 1- Assisted to hands IE flyer gives dad the foot and someone holds hands to step up.

○ Option 2- Walk Up to Hands

○ Option 3- Toss to hands

○ More advanced groups can do more!

7:20pm- Conditioning Again make this FUN!!

● Partner Sit Ups, Push Up claps etc

● Mat Wars- Final Challenge. Dads vs Athletes. Run, dive onto 8 inch make it slide as far as they can, whoever makes it farther wins, loser does 5 burpees. (Dads should love this part)

7:30pm- Hands in (teach dads)- Post on Insta Story
