- Wheelbarrow carries
- While one athlete is on their hands the other athlete is holding the partners legs in the air to help assist them walk on their hands.
- Piggy Back Rides
- Power Hurdle Partner Jumps
- One partner lays on the ground while the other partner gap jumps over them. The the athlete who was jumping now lays down and the other partner gaps jumps them.
- Wheelbarrow carries

- Push Up to Backward Handstands
- While the athletes backs are facing the wall have them get into a push up position, from there the athlete will walk their feet up the wall while walking their hands closer to the wall with the goal of making it to a backwards handstand.
