- July- This is our building month, we will focus on the basics in every area of the score sheet. Ensure that you are working in all areas of the scoresheet.
- Week 1 & 2- All teams are to teach FAST stunting guide progress as far as possible to be mastered.
- Work through basic skills and progressing towards level appropriate skills ii. Level 4/5/6 Teams should progress faster naturally. Make sure skills have been checked off by All-Star director before progressing further

- BENCHMARK ASSIGNMENT- Submit a video showing the skills you worked on during weeks 3 and 4. Remember we are not looking for mastery we are looking to see you attempted.
- Level 2 Teams
- August- Continue to work through Stunts, progressing through the Level appropriate and elite skills for your level.
- Tumbling- All teams should be able to now perform a synchronized standing and running pass.
- Jumps- All teams should be able to complete the high range of the score sheet for their division with average to above-average technique.
- Stunting- Teams should now be able to demonstrate 3-5 skills at their Level. d. All teams will receive their elite sequence and pyramid in week 4.
- BENCHMARK ASSIGNMENT- Record your team doing a jump section that meets the high range, and a synch standing and running pass. No choreography is required in these videos. 5.
- September- All teams now have their stunt and pyramid choreo. It is time to start making these come together. Remember to keep your practices balanced at this point, and hit all areas of the practice planning sheet.
- Work through sections slowly and intentionally for stunts and pyramids.
- Section Blocks will be completed the final week of September for all teams.
- BENCHMARK ASSIGNMENT- Record your team doing their pyramid and elite sequence. These do not need to be mastered, and they can be slowed down. We want to see that your athletes can do them.
- October- This begins Color weeks! See color week system.
- Week 1- All Routine Choreo is complete
- Week 2 Rainbow weeks begin
- October 6th-12th- Hit Elite Sequence
- October 13th- 19th- All Tumbling Run
- October 20th-26th- Hit Pyramid with Jumps and Running
- October 27th-Nov 2nd- All Stunt Run and An All Tumbling Run
- BENCHMARK ASSIGNMENT- Record your attempts at each week and upload
- November-Rainbow Week Continues-
- November 3rd-9th- Full Out
- November 10th-16th- Hit First Half, Hit Second Half
- November 17th-20th- Hit a Zero Full Out
- November 21st Showcase
- BENCHMARK ASSIGNMENT- Record your Full out and upload to the photo share.
- December Competition Month
- Work to ensure your athletes can hit a routine at their first event
- Things that need to come out will come out now.
- Make changes as outlined in your after showcase report from the All-Star Director.
- Focus: Precision and cleanliness through the routine.
- BENCHMARK ASSIGNMENT- Write a summary for the All-Star director. Where do you need help, is your team struggling in an area? What is their strongest area, what is their weakest area?
