  • Walkie talkie batteries are ready
  • Table cloths are clean and ironed (if necessary)
  • Pricing tags are prepped on proshop items
  • Signboard is clean and ready to go
  • Public itineraries are posted
  • Powerstrips are set up for potluck
  • Serving utensils are prepped for potluck 

4:30 p.m. All staff arrive and do the run-through.
