Results Statement: The goal of our field trips is to give participants a little taste of what (Your Gym Name) is all about. They should be structured, interactive and most importantly- FUN!
All activities are to be structured and lead by staff.

Warm up- (Run, skip, High knees, roll out ankles/wrists/neck etc. Butterfly/Pike/Straddle stretch. Or you can play a game. *See List of games in binder
20 minutes
Have warrior course set up before the field trip starts
Go through the equipment with guests. Explain how to use each station and to be safe using them.
Use the guest as your demonstrators.

Time Trial- Have each guest go through the course being timed. 2x’s
If there is a large group of athletes and 2 coaches, split the group in half and 1 coach at Time Trial and the other coach play Ninja Limbo on the tumble track. Then switch and repeat
20 minutes
Have tumbling stations for beginners step up before the field trip starts. Set Up 10 Stations using the Beginner tumbling binder. Split group up into 10 groups. Demonstrate how to do each station and how they will rotate.
