Twisters Chief Marketing Officer Position Agreement

This is a position agreement by and between the Chief Marketing Officer and the Owners of Twister Sports, and is intended to franchise prototype the relationship between these two positions.  

Results Statement: This position is responsible for generating leads for Twisters through social media and marketing. 

Managerial Work related to the CMO: 

  1. Establish a strategic marketing plan to generate leads for Twisters and implement systems therein.
  2. Manage social media support staff
  3. Report metrics to CEO on a monthly basis

Technical Work related to the CMO: 

  1. Develop quarterly strategic marketing plans for the lead generation funnel for Twisters.
  2. Develop annual marketing plan for American Tumbling Championship (ATC).
  3. Run ads on behalf of Twisters, Twister Sports Indoor Batting Cages and ATC.
  4. Create content to develop new leads in the Twister Sports Daytime Playtime Facebook group.
  5. Build engagement for long-term retention in Twister Nation.
  6. Develop unique content for Twister Sports and post three times daily.
  7. Develop unique content for the Twister Sports Indoor Batting Cages page and post three times weekly during off-season, and daily during peak-season.
  8. Develop unique content for the ATC page and post three times per week during off-season and five times per week in peak-season.
  9. Develop content and post three times per week on Twisters Instagram feed and daily stories. Post 2-3 reels per week.
  10. Website management for Twister Sports, Join Twisters Sports, Twister Sports Staff Portal and ATC websites.
  11. Email and SMS marketing for Twisters and ATC.
  12. Content creation for lead generation through blogs, birthday packets, promotions, etc.
  13. Graphic design support for all programs
  14. Copy and editing for all programs
  15. Grass-roots marketing efforts for Twister Sports internally (signs, table tents, marquis, announcement TV, festivals, etc.)
  16. Assistance with sales and lead follow ups via email and messenger
  17. Assist with branding and retail design.
  18. Other support projects as deemed necessary with new and existing programs.
