Each gym may have a total of two logins. Please note that all logins will have the same level of access. In the event that you upgrade packages (ie: Kickstart to Accelerate) you will need to notify [email protected] to get your staff access manually upgraded as well.

PAYMENT POLICY

Kickstart – Accelerate – Elevate: Your payment is due on your weekly due date. If the card on file isn’t successfully charged, payment will be required by the third day. If payment is not received by noon on the third day, the account will be cancelled. Members may return to the Academy at current rates available.

Legacy Packages: Your payment is due on your monthly billing date. If the card on file isn’t successfully charged, you will have a three-day grace period. The account will be cancelled on the third day at noon. Members may return to the Academy at current packages available on weekly billing.

If your account is overdue, you will receive emails and text messages from [email protected] in an effort to keep your account current. Please ensure the email is in your contacts so it does not go to spam.
