Results Statement: This is designed to be used when someone’s monthly tuition payment or payment for fees has been declined and payment needs to be obtained.

“Hi Erin, this is Danielle at Twister Sports. How are you?”

“Great! I’m calling today because unfortunately we weren’t able to process your payment this month. By chance did you get a new card”

(Even if you know the payment declined due to NSF, give someone the grace to get out of that embarassment by saying this.)

If they reply that they did get a new card, “Awesome! Can I get that card info from you now so we can process that payment?”

If they reply they didn’t get a new card, “Oh shoot. You might need to call the bank and just verify if they stopped your card for some reason. In the meantime, do you have another card we can run so Suzy’s classes can go on as scheduled for the time being?”

If yes, run the card. If no, follow below.

“I understand. You’re welcome to come by the gym and pay in cash if that’s easier. Unfortunately she won’t be able to participate until payment is received though. We’ll need to officially get her dropped from that slot, so when you’re ready to get re-enrolled just let us know and we’ll be happy to get you set back up.”
