Results Statement: By providing a photo release form, you are protecting yourself from legal repercussions of using the images of a minor for personal gain. At Twisters’ photo shoots, we require the completion of this form prior to any photo shoots.
I hereby grant and authorize, in perpetuity, the use of the participant’s photo to Central Missouri Twisters LLC (d/b/a) Twister Sports for promotional and marketing purposes. Uses of the photo include (but are not limited to) website imagery, social media, and marketing for programs and events. Digital images will be provided to parents for personal use along with a photo release so prints and replication may be authorized.Â
