Results statement: By using this checklist, we will reach out to leads and former members and it will help to fill follow-up with leads and fill classes and programs.
- Call all leads and inactive athletes.
- Call families and work through the following script.
- Leads:
- If they answer the phone, say “Hi! This is (your name) with Your Gym. I am calling because you had inquired about our programs and I was seeing if you have any questions or if I can be helpful in any way?”
- If they say yes, then go over the program information and answer questions.
- If they say no, then say “Okay, thank you for your time! We hope we will see you in the gym again soon!”
- If they do not answer the phone, leave a message saying “Hi! This is (insert your name) with Your Gym. I am calling because you had inquired about our programs and I was seeing if you have any questions or if I can be helpful in any way. If you could give us a call back at 000-000-0000, that would be great! Thank you, bye!”
- Former Athletes/Families
- If they answer the phone, say “Hi! This is (insert your name) with Your Gym. I was calling because we are reaching out to former families to let you know that we miss you and wanted to see if you are interested in registering for any programs or classes!”
- If they say yes, then go over the program information and answer questions.
- If they say no, then say “Okay, thank you for your time! We hope we will see you in the gym again soon!”
- If they do not answer the phone, leave a message saying “Hi! This is (insert your name) with Your Gym. I was calling because we are reaching out to former families to let you know that we miss you and wanted to see if you are interested in registering for any programs or classes! If you could give us a call back at 000-000-0000, that would be great! Thank you, bye!”
- Make a note on the sheet with the outcome of the conversation. (ex. Left vm 11/15, talking with spouse, already have a party planned, ect.)
