Hello everyone!
We will now be using NGE forms on all sites for:
1. All opt ins
2. New Member Purchases
3. Basic event registrations
4. All other simple purchase forms
Many of these are already snapshots/templates on your current NGE account. You can modify as you wish, and then submit a CGM ticket for us to add or swap out the form. If you already have an NGE form on your site and you make changes to it, you do not need to submit a ticket. The changes will appear with a simple refresh. There may be times a form is too complicated for an NGE form, such as summer camp enrollment with complicated conditional logic, selections of multiple days, multiple times or multiple children. In those instances, you may submit a CGM ticket to have us use a different type of form (called a Gravity Form). You will not have immediate access to edit this form. We can, however, add a tag that will port over to NGE so you can still use workflows. There would be some manual work on your side if you want all the information in NGE. These sorts of forms are only needed in rare instances.
By using NGE forms, you have the control at your fingertips to make changes, easily build your workflows and see submissions in real time. These forms can also be automatically added when uploading your own events! Please reach out to [email protected] if you have any questions!
